Can I return an item purchased from the Parrot Online Store?

-You can make a request for withdrawal within 30 days after having received your order to inform us of your desire to retract, following this we will send you the necessary documents to return the goods. The product must be in good condition, any breakage of the product may give rise to a refusal of your request.

 

How to create my retraction request?

-You can make a request for withdrawal by going to the following link: https://www.parrot.com/fr/support/hotline then by selecting "Parrot shop" and then "request for retraction". Then fill in the fields on the page to complete your request.

 

Do I have to pay for the return of merchandise as part of the retraction?

-When your request for withdrawal is accepted, we send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label . No additional fees are required to return the product.

 

How to return my product?

-The product must be returned in a suitable packaging, ideally you can use the package used during delivery. Once the product is packaged, you just have to stick on the parcel the RMA return document and the shipping label. Both documents must be visible outside the package.

 

How is the reimbursement made and under what time frame?

-The refund is made on the account used to place the order within 14 working days after the date of receipt.

 

Will my shipping costs be refunded if I request a withdrawal?

-When you use your right of withdrawal, Parrot agrees to refund the full order amount.
