Supplier Code of Conduct

Scope

This supplier code of conduct (“Code of Conduct”) applies to all suppliers of the Parrot Group (“Supplier”). “Parrot Group” or “Parrot” refers to Parrot Drones S.A.S. (174 Quai de Jemmapes 75010 Paris, France) and any of its affiliates. Supplier must require its business partners to comply with this Code of Conduct. If a Supplier or any of its business partners violates any of the requirements contained in the Code of Conduct, Parrot may terminate the relationship.

 

Respect for Human Rights

Supplier understands and complies with the United Nations International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

 

Supplier must not use child labor, forced or prison labor and must not intentionally source materials from supply chains associated with human trafficking.

 

Supplier must prohibit any act prejudicial on the grounds of race, family origin, citizenship, beliefs, age, disability, sexual orientation, social position, gender identity or any other basis protected by law.

 

Supplier must respect the rights of each individual, especially the personal dignity and ban any act of harassment.

 

Safety, Wellbeing and Collective Rights

Supplier is committed to provide safe and healthy workplace for all its employees.

 

Supplier must recognize and respect the rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

 

Global Environmental Preservation

Supplier will aim to minimizing its impact on the environment by preventing pollution, reducing emissions, consuming fewer natural resources, and minimizing waste.

 

Fair Dealings and Comptetition

Supplier must uphold fair business standards in advertising, sales, and competition. Supplier must not engage in any unjust restrictions on transactions, such as collusion and cartels, any unfair transactions, or any act that may be construed as doing any of the above. Supplier must respect the valid intellectual property and confidential information of others.

 

Global Trade Compliance

Supplier must comply with all applicable international trade laws and regulations, including import, export, and re-export controls regulations, as well as applicable embargoes and sanctions laws.

 

Conflict Minerals

Supplier shall purchase only those parts and products containing minerals that have been procured through a validated conflict-free supply chain to avoid the use of minerals that have financed conflict.

 

Prevention of Bribery and Corruption

Supplier must avoid all activity which could constitute bribery or corruption or could give the appearance of bribery or corruption. Offering or paying bribes or anything of value to win business or obtain an unfair advantage is unacceptable.

 

Anti-Money Laundering

Supplier must comply with all laws that prohibit money laundering or financing for illegal or illegitimate purposes.

 

Accurate Financial Reporting

Supplier will keep all financial records, accounting records, and all other records accurately and fairly. Supplier will not perform accounting processing in an improper manner.

 

Anti-Retaliation

Supplier must prohibit unlawful retaliation against employees who report a compliance or ethical issue learned during the course of work.
