What are the products guaranteed by Parrot

-All products purchased from Parrot's online store, a marketplace (FNAC ParrotOfficiel, Priceminister ParrotOfficiel, Cdiscount ParrotOfficiel) as well as those purchased at the Parrot store are guaranteed by Parrot.

 

What is the warranty period for products sold by Parrot?

-The products we sell are covered by the warranty for a period of two years, the accessories sold on the store are guaranteed for a period of six months.

The warranty takes effect from the day of receipt of your product.

 

Is my product eligible for warranty support?

- the Products are contractually guaranteed parts and labor, against any non-compliance or against any malfunction during a period of twenty-four (24) months with the exception of wear parts - batteries for example - guarantees six (6) months.

How to apply for warranty support

-To apply for warranty support, you must go to the following link: https://www.parrot.com/support/hotline then select "Parrot shop" and "request for warranty support" To access the support form.

 

What solutions are offered to me in the event of assumption of responsibility in guarantee?

-The commercial warranty is expressly limited to the free replacement of Products or parts found defective by Parrot Drones services, to the exclusion of any compensation for any reason whatsoever, including loss and damage of any kind. Replacement of Products may be done with reconditioned products or spare parts.

 

My product was purchased from another reseller than Parrot, is my product still guaranteed?

-If the Parrot product you own has been purchase from one of Parrot retailer, the commercial guarantee will be ensured by the latter according to the terms agreed in their terms and conditions
