How long will I be delivered by ordering on the Parrot store?

- Our delivery time is one to five business days after the purchase.

How can I know the progress of my order?

 -The status of your order is available from your MyParrot customer area, Once the order is shipped by our carrier an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you.

How much are the shipping costs? -The shipping costs are offered for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 60 €. For orders with a lower price, the shipping costs are 6,00 €.

Can I change my delivery address once the order is complete? -The delivery address can not be changed once the order is being prepared. However, it remains possible to contact the carrier in charge of your order to provide details on the delivery address in case something is missing.

-The tracking number of your order is sent to the email address indicated when placing your order within a maximum of 24 business hours after the preparation of your order.
