The tracking number for your order will be sent to the e-mail address entered when placing your order within a maximum of 24 working hours after your order has been prepared.
If you have not received your tracking number, we suggest that you check your spam as well as the e-mail address entered when placing your order.
If you have a customer account, you will find the tracking number in the section "Order purchase history" as soon as your order had been dispatched.
