How do I cancel my order?

Please go to: https://www.parrot.com/contact

If you have placed an order with your customer account, login to your account when you are asked to do so.

 

If you have placed your order as a guest, enter your order number and email address. Click then on "Review or change your order"

 

Here you can:

  • download your invoice (once the parcel has left our warehouse)
  • get your tracking link (once the parcel has left our warehouse)    
  • cancel your order (if eligible)
