No, you cannot manually disable ANAFI Ai's GPS.
ANAFI Ai do not need a GPS fix to take off.
However, always be especially careful when you take off your drone without a GPS fix, as it will impact the Return To Home (RTH) safety feature.
Flying without a drone GPS fix may impair the flight stability and it disables the Follow Me mode, as well as assisted and automated flight modes.
