How to improve data quality

Sometimes, the photos taken shots will be unsatisfactory. Fortunately, they can always be improved!

If you are not happy with the photos, you can always change a few settings and re-run your mission:

  • If the photos seem underexposed or, on the contrary, overexposed, you can change the exposure of the photos by moving the rear dial on Parrot Skycontroller 2 before the flight or during the live transmission.

  • To reproduce the walls and facades, draw a large circular flight plan around the building. Given that the camera angle is set at 45°, you will not capture the wall details if you choose to fly just above the roof.

  • For even more realistic 3D photos, we recommend 2 flight plans at 2 different altitudes.
