-When you log in, you can choose the "Forgotten password" option to receive a link allowing you to access your password and then modify it.

 

I want to change the email address linked to my MyParrot account

If you wish to change the email address, you can request it by going to the support section of our website: https://www.parrot.com/en/support/hotline

Then select "Parrot Shop" then "I have questions before buying"

 

I want to delete my MyParrot account

It is possible to make a request to delete your MyParrot account, for that you must create a request by going to the support part of our site: https://www.parrot.com/fr/support/hotline

Once your request is created, you will receive an email with a confirmation link to delete your account.
