Customer service is a shambles. Woman admitted that staff from different departments have to cover the phone. Absolute nightmare just getting the right info to make a simple return. 2 emails and 2 phone calls and still can’t return an unused item Kill me now
I ordered two items online. When ordering it said on the website that it would take two to three working days to be delivered. I phoned ahead as I was going holiday. The hard case arrived on time. But the head phones were not. A lady name Lucy was very helpfully. As I phoned everyday to see what was going on. But someone I spoke to there hung up on because they could help. Appalling
