Start the Parrot Software Update Tool software.

Select Car systems.

Select the Parrot CK3000 and click on Next.

Click on Download Latest version. Click on OK on the displayed pop-up.

Select your language and click on Download Now.
Wait until the end of the download.

Select the Serial connection option then click on Next.

Connect the car kit to your PC using the serial cable. Keep the CK3000 off.

Select the COM port on which you have connected the serial cable and click on Next.

Wait until the Parrot Software Update Tool reaches the XPRAM downloading step then plug in the car kit's power supply.

Select the Parrot CK3000 and click on Next. If a PIN code is requested, enter 1234 and click on Next.
Wait for the automatic reboot of the kit. Do not stop the power source!
This operation can take a few minutes.
