Sales
We market our products in two ways:
To all types of distributors and retailers, to promote all of Parrot products. Teh Distribution networks are coordinated by Country Managers, Key Account Managers, Export Zone Managers and Trade Marketing Managers.
To our OEM/OES customers, to market our technical solutions. The sales and marketing staff work in close collaboration with the customers (car, car equipment, portable navigation and car radio manufacturers). Thanks to the support of applications engineers, they submit tenders, monitor their accounts and identify new projects.

Marketing
The Marketing Department is responsible for developing the reputation of the Parrot brand trademark and its products among our customers, as well as among users and the general public all over the world. As such it is also responsible for advertising and press relations.
Product managers are responsible for product analysis and positioning, until they are launched at global level.
The Marketing Department helps to increase sales by organizing marketing campaigns and sales promotions, and running the website.

R&D
The R&D Department is responsible for developing technical solutions, and for all of the products. It is made up of units specializing in different areas:

The engineers either belong to a research centre to develop applications of the technological platform or algorithms, or to project teams responsible for developing products
The project managers are responsible for managing all of the specialists assigned to their project, in line with the deadlines and technical specifications.

Production / Purchasing / Supply Chain
These activities are concerned with producing sub-assemblies and finished goods and include production, after-sales service, quality, test benches, logistics and industrialization.
The Purchasing Department is responsible for carrying out sourcing and negotiating the purchase of product components. It supports all of the company's departments, making it possible to maximize budgets by renegotiating trade terms with the suppliers.

Cross-disciplinary activities
Administration / Finance
The Finance and Administration Department in responsible for verifying the effective financial operation of the group, and since we are a listed company, for reporting all financial information to market players. It is also in charge of the information systems department
Its aim is to be able to forecast and anticipate the Group's financial requirements and to manage expenses as effectively as possible, in order to create value.

Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department defines and implements the policy for recruitment, salaries and welfare benefits, and career management. It is also in charge of internal communications.

Computers Systems
The Information Systems Department is responsible for managing the computer systems, in line with the operating requirements of Parrot's various business and operational departments.
As such, it is responsible for monitoring technological development and anticipating and studying new solutions which are implemented in connection with IT projects.
It commissions, runs and maintains in operating condition the servers and networks, and also provides a Hotline and support for internal users.
