Parrot MKi9100 - Frequent questions

Before you begin, make sure you have the latest software update on your Parrot MKi9100. To do so, press the jog wheel and select Settings > Advanced settings > Information. You must have the same version than the one indicated in the Latest available version section. If it is not the case, update your Parrot MKi9100 using the Parrot Software Update Tool

Why does the sound of the hands-free system only come through the vehicle's front speakers?

Some problems may occur if the iPod / USB device is al ready connected to the Parrot MKi9100 before you turn on the ignition. Connect the iPod / USB device once the ignition is turned on.
