FAQ CK3100 - Frequent questions


Before you begin, make sure you have the latest software update on your Parrot CK3100. To do so, press the jog wheel and select Settings > Advanced settings > Information. You must have the same version than the one indicated in the Latest available version section.
If it is not the case, update your Parrot MKi9100 using the Parrot Software Update Tool
