Parrot Software Update Tool

The Parrot Software Update Tool software enables you to easily update your Parrot product.

Download Parrot Software Update Tool.
Extract the downloaded file then double-click on Setup.exe.
Follow the displayed instructions to install the software on your PC.
> You can now update your Parrot device.

The update software procedure depends on your Parrot product. Refer to software update procedure available on
the support web page of your Parrot product.

Note : As the Parrot Software Update Tool is only available for Windows, Mac users have the possibility to download the update files directly for the following products: Parrot ASTEROID, Parrot MKi9200, Parrot MKi9100, Parrot MKi9000, Parrot RKi8400, Parrot MINIKIT Slim, Parrot MINIKIT Smart and Parrot Grande Specchio.

Software updates - mail notification

If you wish to be informed by email when a new software version is available for your product, please select it in the list below and enter your email.

Check the latest available versions

Make sure you have the latest software update on your Parrot product. To do so:
   - select Settings > Advanced settings > Information if you have a Parrot MKi,
   - select Settings > Information if you have a Parrot CK3100 or CK3200 LS,
   - check the Bluetooth name of your device (displayed on your phone) if there is no screen on your car kit.
You must have the same version than the one indicated below.

For more information about the version, click on the version number to get its corresponding release note.

Parrot Audio Configuration Tool

To ensure an easier use of Parrot's Audio products range, the Parrot Audio Configuration Tool is a software which enables you to control your Parrot audio product as if it was a Hi Fi stereo.

Extract the downloaded file then double-click on Setup.exe.
Follow the displayed instructions.

Parrot VCF Creator

The Parrot VCF Creator software allows you to generate the Parrot.vcf file, which contains the list of contacts from your Outlook application. Once this file is generated, you only have to send it to your hands-free kit.
