3 differents modes are available. The user need to switch between the differents modes in order to launch the application: Tuner, CD or Phone.
Tuner
First of all, press Tuner in order to listen to the radio.
Press the buttons |<< or >>| for more than 2 secondes to move the radio frequency number up or down.
Press the buttons |<< or >>| for less than 2 secondes to move step by step the frequency (+- 0,05MHz).
Memorize a station (the one you are listening) by pressing for more than 2 secondes a number on the keypad. This number is now a kind of "shortcut" the user can press to easily reach his favorites radio stations.
Turn the rotator knob to adjust the volume of the radio.
If connected to a phone, press the rotator knob to go to the phonebook (depending on the phone), select the contact, and press the green button to place a call. The Radio will automatically mute.
If connected over Bluetooth with a phone, the radio is automatically muted during a call, and released once it is finished.
CD/MP3
First of all, press CD/MP3 in order to listen to the CD.
Press the "Eject Button", the faceplate will open. Insert the CD.
Once a CD is inserted into the Rhythm n'Blue, "CD/MP3 Read" is displayed... then disappear.
If the CD is audio CD (original one), "CD Read" will be displayed, but no information will be available regarding the songs on the CD.
If the CD is using MP3, "MP3 Read" will be displayed, and the information concerning the current song will be available (displayed in a loop): time elapsed, name of the singer, name of the song. An icon is attribuated to each information.
The "CD Read" will start from the first song on the CD.
Press the buttons |<< or >>| for more than 2 secondes to move the next song.
Change the CD: open the faceplate, and press the blue button an the left hand side.
Turn the rotator knob to adjust the volume of the CD.
If connected to a phone, press the rotator knob to go to the phonebook (depending on the phone), select the contact, and press the green button to place a call. The CD will automatically be placed on hold during the call.
If connected over Bluetooth with a phone, the radio is automatically muted during a call, and released once it is finished.
Phone
When in this mode, the car radio still plays the Radio or the CD, but displays the information about the paired phone.
The user can still adjust the volume.
If connected to a phone, press the rotator knob to go to the phonebook (depending on the phone), select the contact, and press the green button to place a call. The Radio/CD will automatically be placed on hold during the call.
Hands-free features
Most of this features are depending to the phone. Refer to the Bluetooth phones.

Place a call:
From the synchronized phonebook (refer to the Bluetooth phones):
Press the rotator knob to directly go into the phonebook, select the first letter of the contact you want to call:
Then, select the name...
...select the phone number you want to call: home, work, cellular...
...and press the green button...
From the faceplate interface: you can dial directly from the keypad (press briefly twice the "0" to get the "+"). If there is a mistake in the number, press the red button to delete the lastest digit. Press the green button to launch the call:
From the phone: just select the contact you want to call from the phone interface. The phone will automatically connects to the car radio and routes the audio of the call to the car radio.
Pick up an incoming call:
The following screen will appears (if the contact is known in the Rhythm n'Blue phonebook, if not, the phone number will be displayed):
Press the green button in order to pick up the call:
Hang up the call:
Once the communication is finished, press the red button to terminate the call.
A pop up : "Call Ended" si displayed.
Private mode:
During a call, press the green button to route the audio of the communication to the phone.
Press again, and the communication is transferred to the Rhythm n'Blue.
Volume control:
During a call, adjust the volume of the conversation by turning the rotator knob.
