Pairing Devices

You need to pair devices when powering up Easydrive for the first time or after resetting your handsfree. Subsequently, all connections between your phone and Easydrive are automatically established when both devices are within a few meters range of each other. A 'beep' is played when the connection is established.

Procedure

Turn the ignition key and you should hear the « Please pair device » instruction for the first time. If not, reset your Easydrive unit.

From your phone, press MENU, select CONNECT., BLUETOOTH (turn ON).
Select the right thumbnail ("no paired devices" is displayed from the screen), and click OPTION.
Select NEW PAIRED DEVICE (searching...).
Select "Easydrive x.y", press SELECT (connecting).
Press 1234 as PIN CODE, press OK.
The phone ask to accept the connection, select YES.
You are now paired with the car kit.

To establish automatically the connection,

Select the paired device (Easydrive x.y), and press OPTION.
Then select SET AS AUTHORISED, confirm with YES.
