You need to pair devices when powering up CK3x00 for the first time. Subsequently, all connections between your phone and CK3x00 are automatically established when both devices are within a few meters range of each other.
Procedure
Note: Before pairing, you have to activate a special mode. From the display, refer to the menu
SETTINGS->ADVANCED SETTINGS->PAIR WITH PHONE...->select
T39m, R520. Then pair your phone while "PAIR YOUR PHONE" is displayed on the screen..
From your phone press the right arrow key to enter the menu.
Select EXTRAS, press YES, select the BLUETOOTH option, press YES.
Select the PAIRED DEVICES option, press YES.
Select the ADD DEVICE option, press YES.
Select the PHONE INITIATES option, press YES.
Select the ALL TYPES option, press YES. (Searching...)
CK3x00 is shown on screen, press YES.
Enter 1234 as PASSKEY, press YES. Message: "Your phonebook is being downloaded, please wait...".
Known issues with this phone: Always deactivate the IRDA option when using Bluetooth® wireless technology, and check the ON option rather than AUTOMATIC as the preferred Bluetooth® operation mode.
