Bluetooth® Phones

Phones include their own software, often referred to as 'firmware'. CK3000/DriveBlue's handsfree application software interacts with the phones' in order to provide advanced handsfree features.

Phone manufacturers sometimes update their firmware so as to increase features or to correct bugs. This can lead to uneven handsfree features that are addressed through new CK3000/DriveBlue software releases. If you perform a firmware upgrade on your phone and experience loss of functionalities, you should upgrade your CK3000/DriveBlue with the latest software release.

Unless mentioned otherwise, the following files explain how to operate your phone running the latest known firmware, with a CK3000/DriveBlue upgraded to the latest software version. You can download the latest version of these files if they appear to be outdated.
Note: Some early models of Bluetooth® phones were released by manufacturers without an audio profile (handsfree or headset). Such phones will not work with a Bluetooth® wireless technology handsfree or headset accessory.
