CK3000 Software Upgrade




The software upgrade is performed as follows :

Via computer: for the CK3000 software versions prior to 2.11, and for all earlier CK2000 software versions

Via Bluetooth® wireless technology for CK3000 software versions 2.11 and onward, and for all versions . Note that a flashing kit is required. Your dealer usually has one available. You may purchase through Parrot, if not available through your dealer.

The flashing kit is specific to the CK3000, and comes with a cigarette-lighter cable, a serial port cable, a CD with software and instructions and a 12V supply. To flash over Bluetooth® wireless technology, a second CK3000 control box is also required

Check List

A special flashing kit is required in order to make an upgrade.
Download the Parrot Flash Update utility to your local drive. Runs on Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 et XP.
The Parrot Flash Update Utility will help you retrieve and flash the latest handsfree software.
Follow the instructions in the “Read me” file, downloaded with the program. This file will be located on your disk in the program files associated with the “Parrot Flash Update” program.


Note: Applies to all CK 3000 Hands Free Kits from version 2.11 onwards (To find out which version you have, please check your CK 3000 user manual).

Earlier versions have to be updated from computer.
