You need to pair devices when powering up 3200LS for the first time. Subsequently, all connections between your phone and 3200LS are automatically established when both devices are within a few meters range of each other.
Procedure
From your phone, display the main menu, select the BLUETOOTH® icon and turn it ON.
Select PAIRED DEVICES (with right click).
Select OPTION, select NEW PAIRED DEVICE (Searching...).
Select "Parrot 3200LS" (waiting).
Enter the code displayed on the 3200LS' screen, then press OK.
After the 'beep', accept connection request by pressing YES.
You can allow the 3200LS to establish the connection automatically (recommended).
From your phone, go to the BLUETOOTH menu.
Select '3200LS' and press OPTIONS.
Turn ON 'SET AS AUTHORISED'.
