Topic: MKI 9100 Voice mail does not work

Pls advsie a fit for not working voice mail- I have an Iphone and this feature has yet to work. I can call out- rec calls. but no voice mail in the radio system.

HAve you updated your iPhone software to 3.0?  I think mine is working now that I have done that.  It's the bluetooth thing.  I will check shortly.  My hangup with it is if you call into a voicemail system that requires codes, using the voicedial, it doesn't do the pre-programmed codes...... so you have to do it manually thus taking away from the whole "hands free" thought.....

i did download the 3.0 but havent tried it yet- the voice mail works on my wifes car. she has a parrot 3200-(using my Iphone) why wouldnt it be the same with the 9100?

At this point, the problem is more than just a few scattered instances. Literally every single person I know that has an iPhone has complained about this problem. They'll just be sitting there and suddenly four voicemails will appear on their phone, some from as long as two weeks ago. It works for some people (, but it's basically hosed for many others.
