Topic: Dropped Calls

I had one installed about 2 weeks ago and it is horrible. Never dropped a call in my life until then. I am using a Motorola KRZR and this morning someone tried to call me and in the span of 2 minutes, call was dropped 4 times. Before the Parrot was installed, I never dropped a call. Is this a known issue or does anyone know a solution.

Hi melissah - I'm having a similar problem.   Did you ever find out what was wrong?

Me too... So frustrating!! I have the Blackberry Bold... just about every call drops. Seriously. Its soon to be required here in Ontario Canada to have a hands free device while driving... or face a heafty fine if caught driving  and talking with out it... On hold with Parrot CS now and have been on hold for a long time.., and about to give up and hang up. "They say" to take the battery out of the phone to reset.. but I suspect its not the actual phone...but rather the parrot device... of course Parrot would want to beleive that over their own product.

Hello I have this problem just a week ago. And I figured out a "Hang-Up" voice command due this bug. When I disabled the "Hang-up" command the problem is solved.
