ARTICLE 1
Parrot SA, a French Company, with capital of 1.984.743,64 € and headquarters
located 174, quai de Jemmapes 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade Registry
under n° 394 149 496, organizes from February 19th 2008 to June 30st 2007
at midnight, a free game with no purchase obligation entitling Internet users
to participate to a drawing of a lot, with the exception of Parrot Group employees
and their family.
ARTICLE 2
The game is open to any person aged 18 and with a postal address in France metropolitan,
UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and USA. Participation is only possible via Internet
when visiting Parrot Website on www.parrot.com.
ARTICLE 3
To participate, each Internet user shall simply subscribe to Parrot’s
Newsletter in indicating his email address and clicking the « OK »
button to that effect and/or, register a Parrot product, and complete the identification
questionnaire before June 30 2008 Midnight.
Any person subscribing to the Parrot’s newsletter shall automatically participate to the drawing of the lot to win a free Music MP3 download file or a Parrot Product among the one listed hereafter:

The drawing of a lot will result in 5005 winners.
Only one participation by email address is allowed. Each participant (same name,
same postal address) can only win one free MP3File download or one Parrot product.
In case information regarding a winner would be false or if the questionnaire
is not completed, the participation will be void.
Parrot reserves the right to consider non valid any inscription with an odd
content, partially or fully false.
ARTICLE 4
4.1 Drawing of the lot
The drawing of the lot determining the winners of MP3 files and Parrot products
will be done on July 1st 2008 by Maître Jean-Louis Hauguel, Judicial Officer,
14 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré 75008 Paris among the list of persons
having subscribe to Parrot’s Newsletter and which participation will be
valid according provisions of Article 3. Each winner will be informed by email
at the address given when subscribing. No message will be delivered to non winners.
4.2
Downloading of MP3files
The 5000 winners of free MP3 files download will receive at the email address
provided when subscribing a unique download code together with the downloading
platform email address (http://parrot.digicompanion.com).
Each
winner will only have to visit the platform, enter its unique code and email
address to access the list of selected MP3files and download the MP3 file of
its choice without drm.
Once downloaded, the unique code will be automatically deactivated from the
platform.
4.3
Distribution of PARROT products
From the reception of Parrot’s email informing the 5 winners of Parrot’s
products, each winner will have 30 calendar days to respond to the email by
fulfilling the questionnaire with following information: confirmation of name,
surname, birth date, gender and postal address. The product will be received
with 30 days from the reception by Parrot of their response depending on their
location.
In case a winner would not receive his products at the end of the 30-days from the sending of the confirmation of his information, he should inform Parrot in writing at the following address: PARROT, Marketing Department– Drawing of a lot 2008- 174, quai de Jemmapes 75010 Paris. Beyond this period, no claim will be accepted and the gift will be awarded in a next drawing of a lot.
In no case, download ofMP3 files or gifts can be exchanged against other products or against cash.
ARTICLE

Parrot reserves the right to modify, shorten the duration or cancel this operation
at any time and such decision shall not entitle any participant to any indemnification
of any nature. Parrot shall not be liable in case of difficulty of connexion
or access to its Internet Website for whatever reason or for any problem, misdirected
or lost emails.
ARTICLE

The winner expressly authorizes Parrot to publish its surname and the first
letter of its name within the promotion of the present operation during a 10-week
period from the date of the drawing of a lot designated him as winner, for free,
and without any indemnification of any nature or any advantage for this use
other than the award received for his participation to the drawing of a lot.
ARTICLE
7
The personal data related to participants collected in the frame of the present
game will be processed according to the Data Protection Act 1998. Accordingly
any participant has a right to access, rectify or delete his data, by writing
to Parrot SA, Marketing Department, « Drawing of a lot 2008 », 174
quai de Jemmapes 75010 Paris or sending an email to webmaster@parrot.com .

The participation to the Parrot drawing of a lot implies the acceptance of the
present terms which are deposit by Maître Jean-Louis Hauguel, Judicial
Officer, 14 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré 75008 Paris. Any claim will
be settled by Parrot which decision will not be subject to appeal.
ARTICLE

In case of non availability of an object awarded, Parrot reserves the right
to replace it by an object of same value, with no indemnification to the winner.
Parrot reserves the right to ask each participant a proof of his address for
the only purpose of confirming the validity of the subscribing of the participant
and to send the awarded product.

The present terms can be accessed on Parrot Website at http://www.parrot.com.
It can also be obtained for free in writing to Parrot Marketing Department «
Drawing of a lot 2008 ». Parrot will reimburse the stamp at the low rate
(less than 20 grams) by bank wire and/or the cost for 5 mn of applicable local
phone connexion. One registration per household only. For any reimbursement,
the bank details shall be obligatory enclosed.
