- Fix some crashes and cases where the radio does not turn off.
- Fix selection of the phone’s voice recognition
- It is now possible to dial “00”. To dial “+” make a long press on pad “0”.

- Fixes an impossibility to use Bluetooth audio controls with some Nokia phones. 
- Fixes an impossibility to resume Bluetooth audio if streaming was paused before a call. 
- Fixes Bluetooth audio not resuming from where it had been paused.
- Fixes a freeze when entering to main menu while playing Bluetooth audio.
