- Fixes an impossibility to use Bluetooth audio controls with some Nokia phones. 
- Fixes an impossibility to resume Bluetooth audio if streaming was paused before a call. 
- Fixes Bluetooth audio not resuming from where it had been paused.
- Fixes a freeze when entering to main menu while playing Bluetooth audio.

- Fix reboot of the kit when initiating outgoing call or browsing phonebook if contact pictures are disabled. 
- Fix noise during a call with iPhone if TTS option is disabled.
